This one hour cinnamon rolls recipe is so easy and delicious, and you can frost it the way you like. I sometimes use the regular frosting which combines, powdered sugar, milk, butter, vanilla, and salt, but you can use orange frosting by adding the orange concentrate the frosting mixture, for chocolate frosting add baking cocoa and a little bit of water to avoid thickening the mixture. And for cream cheese, add cream cheese to the regular frosting

2 ) Add 1 T. salt, 3 eggs, 10 1/2 cups of flour, and mix together for 10 minutes, then sit for 10 minutes. (Rising time depends on how warm the house is, the humidity, etc. Just let them rise until they are big enough for you.)
3 ) Oil cupboard, dump out dough. Divide in half. Press one half out into a rectangle. Spread with ¼ c. melted butter and then with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
4 ) Roll uptight, but not too tight. Divide into 12 rolls and place on greased cookie sheet. Repeat with the other half of dough. Let rise. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 400 F.
