Peanut-Butter-Cup-Earthquake-Cake

 

*ingredients:
°1 box dark chocolate fudge cake mix (oil, eggs, water)
°8 ounces soft cream cheese
°1/2 cup soft butter
°1/2 creamy peanut butter
°1 teaspoon vanilla
°4 cups powdered sugar
°1/2 cup chocolate chips
 °1 cup Reese’s Mini Peanut Butter Cups, unwrapped and cut in half.

Preheat oven 350 degrees & greased 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cook spray
In  bowl, mixing chocolate cake ingredient
Pour the fudge cake into the greased baking dish and set aside
In  bowl, blend cream cheese, butter, peanut butter, & vanilla until well mixed.
Mix the powdered sugar one cup at a time until you have added the four cups
Add the peanut butter mixture in spoons to your chocolate cake mix and spread it slightly
Now sprinkle half a cup of Reese peanut butter and chocolate chips on top
Bake for 45-50 min
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
