BARBECUE SHRIMP

 

*ingredients :
°Half a bar of melted butter
4° teaspoons Tabasco
°2 teaspoons mixed spices (it is desirable to have at least some of these ingredients such as red pepper, bay leaf, black pepper, red pepper, cloves, nutmeg, cardamom and ginger)
°250 gm small potatoes
°2 small corn, cut into 4 pieces
°250 grams of sausage, sausage or sausage, cut into 4 pieces crosswise
*directions :
Heat the potatoes in salted water over medium heat for 12-15 minutes, until the potatoes are soft, drain and rinse under cold water.
Potatoes, corn, hot dogs and shrimp to put on sticks.
Heat the grill over a medium to high heat. Thoroughly lubricate the mesh. In a small bowl, put the margarine, Tabasco and flavorings. Cook sticks, turning them occasionally, and brushing with butter until the prawns are ready and the corn no longer starts to ooze (about 8 minutes).
