3 pounds of wings!
1 teaspoon of adobo!
1 tsp of black pepper!
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper!
1/2 tablespoon of lemon pepper!
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder!
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning!
3 cups of flour!
Wash the chicken add in a bowl then add all the above seasonings and 2 eggs mix well.
In other bowl, adding flour
Dip the seasoned chicken in the flour mixture then fry in vegetable oil for 6 minutes on each side, adding the glaze to hit the chicken hot. Serve and enjoy!
1 stick of butter
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon of lemon pepper or more according to your taste.
1/4 cup honey
Juice of 1 lemon
Melt the butter in a saucepan then add the lemon juice, black pepper, lemon pepper and honey, bring to the boil then remove from the heat.
Note: Melt the butter over low heat, do not let it burn.
