Bake potato tranches top with melt cheese, crunchy bacon & Italian season & serve with sour cream for dipping! Crispy on outside, warm and soft on inside!
* Ingredients :
°shredded cheddar cheese
°Bacon cooked and crumbled
°Sliced green onion
Heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Grease both sides of the potato slices with butter; Put them on a cookie sheet. Baking for 30 to 40 min, or to lightly brown on both sides, flip once.
When the potatoes are ready, top them with slices of bacon, cheese and green onions. Returning to oven also continue baking to cheese melts.
Add a little sour cream when done and enjoy!
You can also make holes in the potatoes and put them in the microwave for six minutes instead of baking.
