*Ingredients / for 8 people
°3 very ripe bananas
°40 g crushed walnuts
°1 handful of raisins
°2 tablespoons of rum
°1 teaspoon baking soda
°1/2 teaspoon of salt
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
In bowl, mashing bananas, adding eggs also mix vigorously.
Add the dry ingredients to the banana mousse.
Add the nuts, raisins and rum.
Place the dough in a lightly buttered cake tin, bake in the oven for about 1 hour.
