Black Forest Pudding


Layer 1

Soak the Chinese herb in water for 15 minutes.

Boil milk in a deep saucepan, add condensed milk, sugar and vanilla extract. Move intermittently.

Add china herb and stir well, let it boil for 1 minute.

Remove from heat, pour into a pudding dish, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Layer 2

Arrange the chocolate cake over the first layer.

Cover with crushed skin and order biscuits.

Mix milk, water and sugar.

Sprinkle milk all over the cake and biscuits.

Layer 3

Heat the fresh cream on the stove or oven, as soon as it begins to boil add the milk chocolate and mix well.

Let it cool.

Pour this chocolate cream over the second layer.

Put some cherry slices on it.

Layer 4

Place the cream in a bowl and beat with an electric beater until stiff peaks form.

Now make a layer of whipped cream on top of the third layer.

Curl it with chocolate and cherries.

Put it in the fridge for 1-2 hours and serve.
