°2 pounds minced meat
°1 chopped onion
°2 teaspoons minced garlic
°1 can black olives, sliced
°1 packet hot green pepper, cut into cubes
°1 can tomato with green chile pepper
°1 jar taco sauce
°2 cans of fried beans
°12 flour tortillas
°9 oz Colby cheese
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Fry the minced meat for 5 minutes in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the garlic and onion and sauté for another 5 minutes.

Next, combine the chilies, olives, tomatoes, taco sauce, and refried beans.
Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 20 minutes. And stir the mixture well.
Spreaing thin layer of meat mix in bottom of a 4-quart casserole plate. Cover with a layer of tortillas followed by more of the meat mixture, then a layer of cheese. Repeat the meat and cheese tortilla pattern until all the tortillas are used, and cover with a layer of the meat and cheese mixture.
Place in preheated oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until cheese is slightly brown and bubbling.
With some sour cream, guacamole would be perfect. Olives, a little sauce on top, whatever you want.
