I love delicious, sweet spring and summer salads like creamy peas, cauliflower, broccoli, and cucumber and tomato salad. Enjoy the salad at your next barbecue!
° 1 pound of thin spaghetti, cut into 1 inch pieces
° ½ pint tomatoes, halved
° 2 zucchini, cutting cubes
° 1 cucumber, cutting cubes
° 1 green bell pepper, cut to cubes
° 1 red bell pepper cutting to cubes
° 1 red onion cutting cubes
° 2 cans ripe olives 2 ounces each, sliced, drained
° 1 package of Italian salad dressing 16 oz
° ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
° 1 tablespoon sesame
° 1 teaspoon paprika
° Half a teaspoon of celery seeds
° ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Cooking pasta according to pack instructions . Drain using a colander and rinse with cold water. Add cherry tomatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, green and red peppers, red onions, and olives in a large bowl.
To prepare the sauce:
Whisk together Italian salad dressing, Parmesan cheese, sesame seeds, paprika, celery seeds, and garlic powder. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
