Copycat-Cracker Barrel’s Hashbrowns Casserole


°2 pound frozen hash browns
°1/2 cup butter
°1 can (10.75 oz) cream of chicken soup
°1 pint sour cream
°1/2 cup chopped onion
°2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
°1 teaspoon salt
°1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 11″ x 14″ casserole or baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, stirring. Spreading equally in prepared skillet. Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown.
