Ingredients
4 mid sized Potatoes, Yukon Gold is my preference, washed but Do Not Peel
½ tsp Garlic Powder
½ tsp Onion Powder
¼ tsp ground black pepper
¼ tsp salt
4 tbsp Olive Oil
½ tsp Parsley
4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated or bought from the refrigerated Section, DIVIDED
Instructions
FIRST STEP:
Preheat oven to 450*
Line a baking tray with parchment paper
Slice the washed, unpeeled potatoes to a ¼” thickness or into eighths lengthwise for steakfries.
SECOND STEP:
In a boil place the Olive oil and coat the slices of potatoes
In another bowl add the Garlic Powder, onion Powder, Black Pepper, Salt and the Parsley.
Mix in half of the Parmesan Cheese
THIRD STEP:
Toss the Potato Slices in the seasoning and coat evenly
FOURTH STEP:
Bake for 15 minutes, remove from the oven and flip the potatoes
Bake for another 15 minutes
FIFTH STEP:
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan Cheese
Place under a broiler set on low for 2 to 4 minutes, until the cheese begins to bubble and turn brown
