I really liked this recipe. So I adapted it to the African ..Try ooo c great
*Ingredients
°1 kg minced beef tenderloin
°Small potatoes cut into 4 or 6
°1 tablespoon olive or other oil
°3 tablespoons of butter
°8 to 10 minced garlic cloves
°1 sprig of thyme
°Parsley, 1 small onion
°2 spoonfuls of tomato sauce
°Salt and pepper
°1 pepper and chilli
+Sour sauce:
°3 tablespoons of vinegar
°1 tablespoon of honey
°Pinch of white pepper
°2 crushed garlic
°2cm of ginger
°Pinch of Provence herbs and add half cup of water
*Preperation
In  bowl, mix the strips of tenderloin with the sour sauce, olive oil, ground pepper. Set aside and marinate while the potatoes cook.
In a large skillet, over medium/high heat, combine 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter. When the butter melts, add it. Thyme potatoes. Cook for about 4 minutes, move and cook for another less than 10 minutes until the potatoes are browned and tender. Transfer to a plate and set aside
Keep the same skillet over medium heat and add the 2 tablespoons of butter, the garlic, the chopped onion and pepper.
Put the strips of meat in the pan, saving the marinade for later.
Cook each side for a few minutes, until the slices are golden brown. Adjust the ‘cooking time’ depending on how you like your steak. Add the 2 spoonfuls of tomato sauce after 5 minutes
Before finishing the tenderloin, you can add the reserved marinade stock, if you wish, and cook for one minute. Add chopped parsley
Put the potatoes back in the pan and heat, adding a little chopped parsley
Enjoy your meal !
