Mexican White Cheese Dip/Sauce Recipe


°2 tsp onion powder
°2 teaspoons cumin
°2 tsp garlic powder
°1 tablespoon butter
°Half a cup of milk
°8 oz chopped green pepper
°1 pound white cheese, cubed or grated
°pinch of cayenne pepper
In a medium saucepan, add butter, milk and cheese (cut into cubes or grated)
Stirring to cheese melts
Add the cayenne pepper, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if you choose)
Stir until completely heated
Adding more milk if sauce becomes too thicken.
Serving as a dip or as a top for your favourite foods
