How To Make Peanut Butter Blossoms?
1 cup softened butter.
1 cup packed brown sugar.
1 cup creamy peanut butter.
1 cup granulated sugar.
4 cups all-purpose flour.
1 tsp vanilla extract.
2 tsp baking soda.
48 Hershey Kiss candies.
1/2 cup granulated sugar for rolling.
A pinch of salt.
Cream the butter, peanut butter and sugars using an electric mixer, add vanilla, eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
STEP 2 :
In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add to the butter mixture and mix until combined, Roll the dough into 1 inch balls, and place onto the baking mat.
Refrigerate the cookies for 30 minutes, then bake at 375 degrees for about 8 minutes.
Allow the cookies to cool for about 3 minutes on the pan, and store in an airtight container.
