Perfect Homemade Pie Crust

This recipe makes the best, flakiest and easiest pie crust you can make right at home !! Only 4 ingredients and less than 10 minutes start to finish and you’ll have a tasty crust that’s ideally appropriate for fruit pies !!



– Cake flour: 200g

– Semi-salted butter: 100g (soft)

– CANOLA oil: 2 Tablespoons

– Milk: 2 Tablespoons

– Sugar: 2 Tablespoons

– Egg yolk: 1




1. First, you’re going to get a mixing bowl and blend in the canola oil, with milk and sugar.

2. You’ll want to add the butter and one egg yolk. And please beat again until a homogeneous mass is reached.

3. After that, add the flour until a soft dough is made.

4. Once done, go ahead and film the dough. Always remember to let it sit in the fridge for no less than 120 minutes.

5. Alright now, you can use it and spread it with your hand or a roller according to your inspiration.
